They shared a laugh at that, heading into the crowded elevator of the Eiffel Tower, which took them to the very top. The city looked even more beautiful from the height, the large clock displaying that there were 5 minutes until the new year. Ken held Sandra close, stroking her hair. "This is perfect, here with you," He murmured

Sandra hugged him back. "I love this; thank you." 

Ken pulls away before speaking, "Sandra, meeting you was the best thing that has ever happened in my life. You bring me peace and joy and taught me important life lessons, and I'll never trade you for anything in this world."

Ken pulls out a small velvet box and gets down on one knee, making her gasp, and onlookers squeal happily and start recording

"Sandra, I love you with all of my being. Will you make me the happiest man alive and marry me?" he proposed, opening the box to reveal a beautiful diamond ring

"YES! YES! A THOUSAND TIMES YES!" she screams, crying happily as he puts the ring on her finger. They share a passionate kiss as the timer ends, fireworks spreading in the sky as 2025 ends and 2026 begins

This would be the best year of their lives, and they know it~
